    FAQ

Swiss brands offer an international warranty, which allows you to have your watch repaired at any authorized service center worldwide. With the provided warranty certificate, you can service your watch in any country where such a center exists
First, you need to check if the warranty is still valid. The warranty certificate or card indicates the sale date and specifies the warranty period. Typically, this period ranges from 1 to 5 years. Only a few brands offer more extended warranties We recommend using only authorized service centers if your warranty is still valid. You can ask our staff for the addresses of such centers
Unfortunately, this can happen, as it’s difficult to determine how much time has passed since the watch was manufactured until you purchased it. Therefore, most manufacturers do not extend their warranty coverage to batteries
No, the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover such cases because they cannot control how the watch is used. Even durable sapphire glass can be scratched, for example, by a diamond or an abrasive tool
When you purchase a watch, you are provided with a warranty certificate or card and an instruction manual outlining the warranty conditions, duration, and possible limitations
To protect their products from counterfeiting, some watch brands require official retailers to register the sale information in an electronic system, simultaneously activating the warranty. Once an electronic warranty is activated, paper warranty documents are no longer needed for the watch
